I'm go glad I chose Tile Town in Richmond to help me with my bathroom renovation. I was very overwhelmed by all the choices, but Dionne spent so much time with me helping to make my vision come to life. They are so friendly to deal and were very helpful when I had to return some extra tiles. I would highly recommend this store.

Have a wonderful team that are Knowledgeable and experienced. They are prepared to go that extra mile to ensure the customer is well prepared to make the most cost effective and right design recommendations. It was a 5 star experience.

My folks are building their place and purchased tiles from this company, they didn't use all the tiles and went back to return the tiles they didn't use when they arrived the company claimed they couldn't return the tiles but their policy was 30 days and they didn't know that because no one told them.. they refused to let them return the tiles and now will never return there again. Myself and my fiancé are planning to build a house in the future and because of the experience my folks endured we will not be getting our tiles here either.
