Their plumber flooded our home and everyone denied everything...just walked away. Basically...prove it and walked. The plumber I hired to fix this mess said the wrong piping and connections were used. Insurance said it was to expensive to go to court and floform won't pickup the phone...deny deny deny. I DO NOT recommend!!! My real name is Craig Cumming or could have been booked under Fraser. We lived in Langley...I can send you pictures of the mess if you provide an email address. FYI it was the Burnaby location that was sent to our home. I post a review under there store as well. With that said, Floform is a franchise company and the review stand for all locations. STAY CLEAR!!!

We purchased all of the counter tops for my moms kitchen and bathroom renovations from Floform. The counter tops turned out excellent. We had shopped around and found them to have the best price by far. We had even contacted places in Burnaby that were wholesale shops and Floform still had better prices. The end product was excellent and was made fast. The service we received was outstanding. From walking in and dealing with Margaret in reception to all of our dealings with Nicole in sales and design it was flawless. Thank you both for all of your help in us getting proper measurements etc. Everything went so smoothly it was so great. Thank you also to the shop for getting our order done so quick. Also special thanks to Rudy and Ruth, long overdo from when we did our own kitchen and bathroom renovation years ago. This place has excellent service from the minute you walk into their place until the cabinets are installed. We wish you and yours all the best in life and health. Take care. Heidi and Mike

Ordered our countertop and it came out beautiful. Got more value with them finishing one end in the same price where a competitor wanted to charge extra. Definitely the go-to counter shop.
