Nice showroom. You really need to drop by and get a sense for the full size slabs to really visualize your project. Would have been 5 stars if the background music wasn't skipping throughout the visit.

Spent about $10,000 on Caesarstone, was told it is among the hardest and longest lasting counter tops available. In four months, we have three large chips. I watched one piece literally fall off after I put a ceramic bowl on the counter -- about six inches away from the chip. The counter is brittle. I wrote to the company to see if they would stand by their product and they've informed me that it is not under any warranty and I can call a 1-800 number to see if there are local people who might be able to fix the chips with some kind of mix of superglue, epoxy, and magic. Buyer beware.

By far, the most reliable and consistent engineered stone on the market. Known for their durability and wide variety of finishes and colours, I'd recommend Caesarstone to anyone considering new or replacement Countertops.

We recently had our third Caesarstone counter top installed in our new home, because we love the product and have used it in two other homes. We love how it looks! We love how shiny and reflective it is. We love how easy it is to care for. Well, let me say that this is our first truly negative experience with the product. We went with the Pure White and no one, from the sales team, to the installers, cautioned us about choosing this product. Once installed, we noticed that it very quickly began to stain and require daily cleaning with Bar Keeper's Friend (what the installers told us to use on it): hard scrubbing, followed by wiping off, drying, and then buffing, to look even halfway decent. We called to ask what was wrong with this product and were told "nothing" it just has a "snakeskin finish" on it so it is not as shiny as all of our other products and will require this sort of maintenance. We are disappointed, angry, tired of cleaning, and wondering why Caesarstone Canada allows this product to be sold to people without full disclosure and a healthy dose of caution. If you are thinking about Caesarstone, steer away from Pure White, because when you discover that it is exactly the opposite of what Caesarstone stands for, they will show up at your house and tell you, oh well, this is just the way it is. This seems quite different from "we completely support our product, and that we are always at your service to answer queries, solve problems and ensure you derive maximum satisfaction from your Caesarstone product" which is a quote taken directly from their website!
