From the moment we walked into the “Tile Guy’s” store the customer service experience has been excellent! We were shopping for new flooring in a Residential Apartment building. They had all the answers for us ! The quality of product and workmanship was excellent, minimal disruption to the 28 Units , job well done “Tile Guy”!!

I purchased tiles to lay myself. Eric the owner made sure I had everything I needed and help with the starting point. The tiles were ordered and basically in the store in a day or two. Krystal at the front desk new her stuff and everything was quick and friendly.
