Seemed like great service until we placed our order. When we went to pick it up after putting our deposit on it they had sold it to someone else. They offered us another product and said they could give us a better price on it than the previous product. They said they did not have the full amount we needed but would order the rest in. When we had loaded what they had for us they told us they don't even sell that product or know why they have it so we had to go to another store to order the remaining amount that we need. They charged us 3/4 of the original invoice when we didn't even receive half the product we needed and the price they charged was based on the original more expensive product we ordered. So they picked a random charge for a product they don't even sell and now won't respond to emails. They make a good first impression but that's when the good service ends. Save yourself a lot of time and annoyance and avoid this place.

Excellent customer service, which definitely makes it worthwhile to purchase from a local company like this as opposed to a big box store. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Terry and his team were amazing. Although I didn’t shop his price through conversations after with friends and colleagues I learned that we got an amazing deal. The job wasn’t huge as the kitchen was small but they treated me like I was an very important person. When the installers came they were polite and very skilled. As our property was a little older the corners weren’t perfectly true and the installation team adjusted on the fly for the perfect fit. So pleased with the installation the price and the final product. Brought the resale value of the house up significantly.

We were very disappointed in the service and dependability of this company. It was not just the part about being ignored both times we entered this store and after 5-10+ minutes needing to ask each time for service despite being the only people there (the woman was behind the counter and did not give us eye contact, get up or even say "hi" to us). It was also about them losing our information, including the measurements they took after coming to our home, and not following through with giving us a quote within the timeframe they provided to us. After about a week of not hearing from them, we called them, and they said they had lost our information. Renovations have deadlines but they didn't apologize or take ownership for their mistake. Now because of this review, they are trying to suggest we were not customers at all and are taking no accountability on their part for their poor service. We did end up walking into Counters Only down the street and immediately had friendly service and received a quote within minutes. I am happy to provide Counters Only with a glowing review, although that level of service is what should be provided anyways. I would encourage Kami Counters to work on their friendliness on the front line as well as their communication and organization so their customers can feel valued.

As a cabinet shop, we get all our counters from Kami and they are always perfect. Excellent workmanship and glad they are so easy to deal with. The staff always goes out of their way to help our clients pick their counters and more. It is hard to find good service like this these days and we couldn't be happier.
