During the sales part, staff was friendly and helpful. After dropping 5K and returning to pick up my items, service went downhill. Guy bringing order from storage had no sense of urgency, brought wrong items, no apologies. A "scheduled" pick up took over an hour to be completed. Brought up to salesperson to see if he could assist expediting the process and got a no as an answer. Maybe an one off, but who knows.
