If you order their products through third party vendors and would like to see huge examples of what you're getting then definitely pay this place a visit. Very informative and helpful staff. They even lent me a couple of samples to take home. The Cambria collection is awesome.

I went in the other day inquiring about getting some work done on my counters. The two people at the showroom desk were unable to help and had very little knowledge. They took my number and said someone would call be back and they never did and it’s been three days. They have a huge sign in their show room saying something like “we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the industry” I found this experience to be very unprofessional.

Great product and great people. I'm in custom homes construction business and worked with Floform Vancouver on a numerous occasions. Their products and services are always at the highest level of commitment and satisfaction. Even though the cost is slightly higher compared to the other fabricators the quality and service are worth every penny. Definitely will recommend to anybody who wouldn't settle for anything but the best.

Good Communication throughout the entire process. Larry was very apologetic as he had car troubles and was an hour late. He more than made up for it by assisting us in putting corner cabinet on top of counter so they could install backsplash same day. Larry was very friendly and would recommend him.
