Service here is top notch. I recently bought some very large 6ft x 3ft tile for the shower walls and ceiling in our vacation rental. Each tile was around 80lbs. Alfonso, the warehouse manager, made an effort to ask me where it was being installed, who was installing it, how we were installing it, and what materials were being used to install it. We quickly found out that the advice we got from a product rep was questionable, especially on the ceiling. He then made recommendations and asked me to contact a different rep who really knew his stuff. We changed our strategy to ensure the ceiling tile would bond and never be at risk of coming loose. I would highly recommend Euro Tile. Prices are great and service is amazing.
