Friendly enough. Had my floor installed Dec 13th 2017, it’s now April 19th 2018 and I’m still waiting for my reducers and T’s to complete the job. It may or may not be their fault but it’s unacceptable. They decide who they want to business with.

As soon as I walked in the door I had immediate service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Terrible experience. Had this company do the original installation of carpet in our home a few years ago. We recently needed a carpet repair due to our dog. The carpet installer was to be at our home at 8am Tuesday morning to do the repair using piece from the closet and then replacing that piece with a another similar carpet. installer was 2.5 hours late, was here for 5 minuets, tracked mud through our home, said that he was going to the store to get a similar piece and then disappeared. Called him after 1.5 hour to see if he was coming back and he to our surprise he was told not to come back by brian at the store. No call or anything. Called brian to get an explanation and he said he had nothing and forgot to call us. Did not offer and solution which is unacceptable given that he is in the flooring business, and did the original install to begin with. If you are in need of any flooring service or installation I recommend you get anyone else to do the work. It would even be worth calling someone in from Calgary or Vancouver as they employ professionals and will do what they promise. Terrible company and completely unacceptable for a review/referral based business
