This is the only tile shop I will buy from they have a great staff and stock. Becky was a great help and was so down to earth it made buying here easy. I was a little uncertain with my tile choice so I made several trips to the store while thinking about it, every time it was the same no pressure great atmosphere. Becky also goes a step above any other staff member in helping you decide... She recommend a perfect tile combo we can't thank her enough and I know the new home owners will be happy with the choices she helped us make. DTE is no longer next to subway they moved closer to the new Langley Toyota dealership

Wow...where to start with this review? Ron the owner sold us on why we should let his company do our kitchen backsplash, fireplace and bathroom backsplashes with his company. He said his installers were great and we believed him. Well, the day of the installation, he sent someone other than who he said he was going to send and this new installer was not only late but he was so ununorganized he locked his keys in his vehicle which led into more delays as he had to get help from other workmen that happened to be working in another apartmeninin my building to help him. This installer that Ron sent, instead of laying out the mosaic tile sheets in the way they were to go on the wall just started mortaring and sticking them on in whatever pattern would fit and not the pattern that the tile sheets were designed for. You should see my video of the work he did in 3 hours....yes thats all, on youtube look up "swinks4". The installer left because he had to "pick up his check" and was supposed to come back the next day but left me hanging and wasnt going to show up till i called him to tell him that whole sheets of the tile had fallen off the wall that evening. Anyway i did not let him ruin the rest of the job and Ron looked at it and said he would have to take it all down and start over again because it was unfixable as he said it. I told Ron that i didnt want them in my house again and and remove it and give me my money back. He said he would and then decided to keep $300 of my deposit sit and wont refund that portion. Worse was that i had to remove this horrible job myself because Ron wouldnt do it. Youtube.......swinks4 you will see for yourself.

The owner is an arrogant individual that will take you for all he can! Leave you hanging and THEN disrespectfully call you whatever he needs to avoid doing any warranty work on the cracked tile and leaks. POS company and owner! Be warned.
