Solidly mediocre. The showroom is clean and well lit with good selection, but finding the right person to speak with can be challenging. I placed my order easily over the phone and was told that my order was ready for pick up, but I ended up having to wait 1hr 15min for a tiny box of 4 tiles to be pulled from the warehouse.

Always a great experience coming here, but a tad slow when it comes to picking up orders. If you have any questions Kathy is the go to person there!

STAY away from the old lady at the end counter. She hates you

Service is horribly slow. If you have to come here for pickup be prepared to wait 2 hours for your materials.

Olympia Tile got our batch colour wrong, and they were very reluctant to help us. There were no more tiles of the colour we needed across Canada and when we went in to find a potential solution, the employee was not just unhelpful, he was impatient and condescending to us. They offered us '4 free tiles' that didn't even match the other design. Not only will we never use them again, we tell this story to everyone who comments on the wrong tile in our home.
