After calling around multiple locations for pricing and leaving multiple messages, Floor factors was the only store to get back to me in a timely manner. When they did get back to me they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to go in person to see flooring samples in their showroom. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. An hour later I walked out a happy customer after placing an order, as they were able to get me the best pricing for the best quality material I was looking for. I highly recommend Floor Factors for all your flooring needs!

Fantastic place, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Matt helped me with my kitchen flooring. I was looking for something neutral colored, inexpensive and removable as I am renting. He showed me several options, was thorough in explaining the details and able to give me estimates on the cost. He also promptly answered any follow up questions in emails and called when the flooring arrived. I'm happy the total price ended up being less than the estimate he gave, it arrived in only a day and they delivered same day to my apartment for free. Overall, I'm really pleased with the new floor and their quality customer service.

I got excellent help at Floor Factors on multiple days. We are getting carpet for our concrete basement and vinyl planks upstairs. We were doing an entire gutting of our house and are overbudgeted; the floor factors folks did not try to upsell us but calmly walked us through all our options. Fully recommended!

I wonder if all your workers scream at other drives and speed down 1st Street in East Vancouver? He seem pretty mad to be behind me and scream at me at the light then sped away mad. Sorry I don't drive over the speed limit. If that is how your workers are I will never use you.
