Great place to enjoy Red Mountain and Rossland in general. I didn’t realize it when booking this property that you could literally walk to the resort (3-5 min to chairlift). Beds are comfortable, and area is beautiful! Everything you need for a great stay!

I have worked with Jodie Ouimet for 10 years. In that time I have used Jodie Ouimet and Mountain Town Properties for rentals, property management and for listing and selling my properties. I found her to be professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating and thorough in her services as a property manager and realtor. She has never hesitated to go the extra mile to provide excellent service to complete a rental or sale transaction, wether it be trade recommendations, cleaning personnel, or last minute personal favors. I have been very pleased with the working relationship I have shared with Jodie and Mountain Town Properties for the last 10 years. I would recommend Mountain Town Properties and Jodie Ouimet for any of your real estate needs in the City of Rossland. Darlene Tiftickjian Morningstar Owner

I have actually enjoyed speaking with these people. Some of the places are a bit higher than seems reasonable but I am pretty sure that is the choice of the owners and not the fault of the ladies at Mountain Town Properties. If I could suggest one thing it would be to lose the e-transfer rent payment option as it just costs extra in unnecessary bank fees.

Christina and Jodie have been absolutely lovely and above and beyond helpful. Would definitely go through mountain town properties again. Thanks girls!

Mountain Town Properties fined us for the most absurd reason and tried to make some story to justify it. When I contacted them the employee was rude and barely let me talk. Be extra caution when using their service
