I own a small flooring installation company and I've been using Centura's products for over 10 years now. Over the years I have established a sense of trust and dependability with the staff connections I have made there. Sean, is knowledgeable on what products are better for my customers and the order desk are always ready to help when I arrive. I would recommend Centura to anyone looking for better products then the block stores have to offer.

Harbi is always helpful whenever I've needed a quote or suggestion with picking out tiles for my projects. Project Tile pricing has been a positive experience in terms of saving money. Emily has also been a delight to deal with in coordinating with placing draws on our orders and getting material ready for delivery pickup.

Nice showroom, but not very friendly towards people that just walk off the street. If you have an account with them they treat you very differently than when I came in and wanted to look around. Not impressed with the customer service, nice products but not worth my time to go again.
