Lalo and Matt were very helpful and were even willing to deliver the Rhino laminate flooring. They offered extremely competitive pricing, beating out Home Depot & Lowe's for similar product. They loaned us 8-10 pieces so we could set it in place at our home to help us try and decide before we bought. This was very beneficial because it showed that the style we thought we liked actually didn't go well with the existing cabinets. They even gave us a slightly better price than the other Cost Less location. Can't beat that!

Just got some carpet from Cost Less Carpet. Went in looking for something to replace my living and family room carpet and Matt from up front came through with a great deal. They were really knowledgable and helped me with making my final decision. Tony from the back was great to work with too, offering some his insight on what he’s done in his own home. 100% recommend these guys.

Cost Less Carpet in Pasco was a very unique experience. As a female you walk into a flooring shop and expect to get pressured into the most expensive purchase, Lalo greeted me upon arrival and was very knowledgable about all the products, he gathered my project details and was quick to recommend the perfect flooring at an affordable price within my budget without sacrificing quality Very satisfied how Matt and Tony helped with their knowledge and all worked as a team to make me feel like I was a member of the family purchasing from them.Highly recommend them and I will continue shopping there for all my upcoming projects!!! Thank you all!!!
