Friendly service and good selection. The prices beat the other tile stores I've been to.

Our experience with Mill Creek centers around our sales person Diane Shell who was a part of the project from beginning to end and Glen Childers who installed over 1200 Sq ft of hardwood. I was delighted by the personal attention Diane paid to our project and even though we changed direction several times, she guided us to the perfect solution. Glen was a thorough professional and one of the hardest working guys I've met here in Tulsa. Our floors are beautiful and his attention to detail is the reason. Will use Mill Creek for all future flooring needs.

Walked in and the ONLY salesman on duty was with another customer, but my existence was not even acknowledged. Not even a hello. I wandered around searching for my desired product and found it but after waiting I realized I wasn’t likely to get ANY service so I walked out. The salesman again did not ackowledge my existence as I was leaving. I KNOW I am not invisible, but you sure would think I was by the way that man ignored me.

We have had Blake Stephens from the Grove store install flooring in most of our home, and thanks to the flooding in Grove, we will be having him replace the carpet in our bedrooms. Everyone loves the wood look flooring he helped us choose. Very pleased with the quality and durability. Installation was excellent. My husband also has a small construction company and he recommends Blake and Mill Creek for all his flooring projects.
