Sandra and Wayne were very helpful with finding us a specific tile we wanted for our kitchen floor. Their recommendations on which grout and thinset to use was great especially when it came to doing our backslash. We were very happy with their prompt replies to any questions we had and keeping us informed during the ordering process.

Torino Tile is an amazing place to purchase tiles. They have such a rich selection that we were able to successfully find something unique, which is what we were looking for. Everyone that comes over is taken aback by our new kitchen. Their customer service was second to none and we are very thankful that we were able to do business with them. Also the tiles came fast, 2 weeks faster than anticipated!!! Which was great. The staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Torino Tile!

I recently ordered some tile from Torino. I looked at a sample from them, which was so close to a tile I was looking at from Ames, however I liked the colour from Torino tile better, so although it was pricier, we went ahead and ordered it. When the tiles arrived, they ended up being the exact same tile as the one from Ames (in fact, they ordered the tiles FROM Ames). When we questioned why the tile was a different colour from the sample, their response was that it was an old sample, and refused to give any compensation. They wouldn't even offer a restocking fee. We had no options at all, but were just stuck with the tile of the wrong colour. So in the end, had I known it was going to be the exact same tile from Ames, I'd have just ordered straight from them because it would've saved me several hundred dollars. This was a very poor way in dealing with this situation, and would advise anyone looking for tile to check Ames first before ordering from Torino.

We are on our third project with Torino. Can’t say enough about how helpful they have been with our bathroom and kitchen projects. I am very impressed with their advice and installation services. May look like a small showroom but they are very organized and give you guidance and there is so much available. Sandra and Wayne the owners really want to ensure your experience is good and will go to lengths to ensure it is. Highly recommended over other tile stores. Personal service.

We used tile from Torino Tile to do the back splash in a major kitchen renovation. The staff were a great help in selecting material, and the whole process was smooth. The results were spectacular. The tile really made the kitchen pop!
