Staff always helpful, deep product knowledge, samples available and very competitive pricing. My company, Sovereign Tile & Stone sources all we can from Julian Tile. I send all of my clients to Bruce@Julian Tile, knowing he will take great care of them. We have a strong relationship, built on service and trust. If Bruce is out of the office, you will certainly be helped by the other staff!

The customer service was awful. The staff we're very unfriendly. We had purchased from them last year with a much better experience so we went back. This time not so much the sales staff we're arrogant and stand offish it was a very unpleasant feeling which is unfortunate because they have a great selection but we could not wait to leave. We ended up going to a competitor right after with a much better warmer experience. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend visiting Julian Tile with the current staff there.

Found customer service extremely lacking. I visited the showroom at least a couple of times and none of the staff were friendly or welcoming. In fact, they always seemed more irritated than anything else that there was a customer to be assisted and one salesman had a very unpleasant attitude and manner, almost downright rude. I was given wrong information about the status of a certain tile by an uninterested employee who couldn't be bothered to verify the information. I ended up going to Western Marble Granite & Tile and found the same tile and lovely staff who were willing to actually make a call for accurate information and turns out instead of it being backordered for 12 weeks as I was told at Julian's, it only took a week to arrive. If you are a homeowner looking for tile for a project, go elsewhere - Julian's is only interested in you if you are a major contractor.

My company has been dealing with Julien Tile and Stone for a couple of years. They consistently provide us with a high level of service. They are always friendly and are also very helpful to our clients that visit their showroom. We highly recommend this company.
