Dissapointed with our dealings with the owner. Our top came with 2 large scratches on it and I was told it would be replaced. When I went in to fund out what was being done the owner told us he would try to buff it out and that was our option. When my husband called he was told they would do whatever they could to make us happy and also give us a discount on the rest of our product for the inconvenience. The scratches were not able to be buffed out and the employee said he would order us a new top as soon as ge got back to the shop, as he was not happy with how the repair turned out. A week later we still had heard nothing from them. When I called again to find out when we could expect our new slab the owner then tells us he was waiting to see what we thought of the repair. Appatently he doesn't communicate with his employees after sending them to repair something. When fonally we got a new slab ordered to replace the damaged one we were quoted $2900 to do the rest of our kitchen. By this time I was looking around for other quotes on the same product and every single quote I got was under $2300. In the end we waited over a month to have our new top installed and went with another company to do the rest because we felt like the Bevelled edge wanted nothing to do with our business and treated me very poorly compared to when my husband called.

Good customer service. I was kept in the loop during the whole process. I walked in. Provided measurements. They gave me a quote. I gave them the go ahead. Tyler came out and templated it all. Next week my counter tops were ready. Fantastic service. Will recommend to friends and family.
