After calling all around Syracuse for help with a small job, these were the only people interested in helping me. The person that answered the phone said "I don't know, but I'll call you back." He returned the call in 30 minutes. That was for a $100 piece of stone for a small table top. That earned them the chance for my counter tops. I went high end granite. It was a $6K kitchen job. They did great work, were responsive to our questions and delivered everything they said they would. Nice job guys!

We do not recommend Syracuse Tile and Marble to anyone who would like an organized, professional, and complete job. What started out as a warm and pleasurable experience soon developed into a disorganized and frustrating mess. We were renovating our home before moving in and had reasonable deadlines in order for the home to be finished in time. We had made selections for slabs to be ordered on 11/24/17 and were told it would be 1-2 weeks before they came in. We continually checked back and were told each time, they're on the way. It turns out the slabs were never ordered at all after we had waited a full month. Now that we were nearly out of time, we had settled on a slab they could get from a nearby supplier that wouldn't have been our 2nd 3rd or even 4th choice. We were told this slab would be in within 1 week and installed in 2 weeks. After waiting the 2 weeks, we reached out inquiring on an install date to which they responded "we are planning to come tomorrow." No notice was provided but we made it work because we so badly needed the counter tops and sink after living in the home without them for 2 weeks. When the two young men came to install, they backed their van into the driveway and smoked cigarettes and delayed for 5-10 minutes, came to the door without introducing themselves, and entered our home without removing shoes or putting on shoe covers. After they said they were "done" it turned out they completely forgot to even cut the back splash and it wouldn't be ready for 2 days. They then left without cleaning up after themselves. Two days later, they came to install the back splash and said the job was complete. After just one day with the new counter tops, some coffee was spilled that soaked in and permanently stained our nearly $5,000 investment. We called to complain and they said they somehow (no surprise) forgot the sealant and sent someone to seal them. At this point we were more than angry and sent a polite yet forward email to the salesmen asking for the owner to call us. This request was made on January 13 to absolutely no response. We again followed up on February 23 and still have not received any contact. Please save yourself the trouble and disappointment and look elsewhere for your counter tops.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They really take the time to understand your project and talk you through all the steps. Well worth visiting over a big box store.
