Excellent selection and service!

Aug 14, 2018
I'll start with the selection, amazing selection of just about any style of tile you want. The down side is that just about everything needs to be ordered in, aside from very basic white tiles. The shipping cost to the store is not cheap, maybe it's a flat rate but again it's not cheap or fast. The staff was all friendly but at the end of the day my order was delayed, no one was able to provide a status update. They promised to look it up and call back, never did. Then when I just went to the store to check on the status in person they had the order and didn't seem to realize I had been waiting on it. It seems like overall the organization isn't great, prices are not great. I'm sure if specialty items are requested they can help but it does not conapred to shopping at the big box stores or on line. At the end of the day I would love to support local but the overall service and added cost wasn't worth it in the end. This was just one experience so I don't know if I just had bad luck. From small or urgent purchases I would not recommend the place. If specialty is what you need and you have time I'd give it a second look.

The guys at this place are great. They took the time to find the best price for a mattress that suited my son's sleeping style.

Ordered 5 pieces of marble custom sizes. They were quick with the order, everything was perfect, and they went above and beyond with customer service when I picked it up to make sure it would get home safely.
