My mother and I went to this store yesterday. My mother has never seen such a great selection of tiles. There are so many beautiful tiles!! My mother was also impressed by the decorating ability of both Mr Singh and his son. They have a great sense of color! My mother has been very concerned about creating the right kitchen for our house since we are putting it for sale. She has gone to many stores in NJ, PA and NY but she never found the right tile. She was so surprised to find several tiles that might work for our house in this SPECIAL store! This is the best store!!! The only problem is that there are so many nice tiles in the House of Tiles that my mother cannot make up her mind as to which one to choose.

Mr Singh was very friendly, spent time and tried to help find what I was looking for, but I made my purchase elsewhere because I was not comfortable with the pricing being quoted off the top of his head... Put prices on your products and stick to them. If you want to offer discounts for larger purchases, then do it and be transparent, but don't try to over charge for products because I am buying a small amount.

Great selection of tile. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is that the tile I ordered wasn't available, so they sent "something close". Obviously this wasn't acceptable, but Paul took care of the issue and had my new tile sent down immediately. He's a very nice and helpful man.

This store is one of the best places I have gone to shop. They really do have a huge selection of tile and so far were better than the other places I have tried. The salesperson (Pal ) spent a lot of time with me looking for the right tile for my bathroom and shower, and even though he looked young he was very knowledgable about the tile, and even gave tips to install it. Well after a few trips here and there these guys seemed to be the best, and most friendly. Don't buy from Home Depot or Lowes, these guys are were you want to go. However the only thing was that, my tile came later than expected, but every business has it's ups and downs.

Great store. Customer service is excellent as well as the prices. Mr. Paul and Seigh are so helpful and patient. I recommend this store better quality and great service.
