We recently had our counter-tops installed by Stoneworx, and the team that they sent to install them did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. They made sure we were totally satisfied with the workmanship and extremely thorough and went that extra mile. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you, Anthony, Dwayne and Danny.

The service and quality workmanship from Stoneworx is nothing short of excellent. The moment of truth started right at the beginning, we toured the facility to find the 3 slabs of material that best suited our needs. Being new at this we relied heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the salesperson to guide us in the right direction and alleviate the stress that goes along with this type of purchase, which he did . The installation was handled with true professionalism and was well coordinated right from the office to the final clean up. I was very impressed with the delivery, execution and installation. The crew came well prepared with supervisors and manpower as if they were carrying out an open heart surgery. Once the counters were all installed they left the place spotless ready for us to enjoy our wonderful new kitchen.

Outstanding service from Lisa P! We bought a house from Mattamy. Prior to our appointment with Lisa, she reached back at us to remind us about our meeting. As we walked through the fabrication facility, she explained to us what we needed to know about the stone that we selected from the decor center. Amazing! A week after we selected our stone, we changed our mind and decided to change countertop. I reached back with Lisa, with in the same day she contacted me back to approved the change without having to go to a whole lot of hassle and paperwork through Mattamy. Very impressive! I highly recommend Lisa P. to look after your appointment. Great service and looking forward working with them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is also the company used by Home Depot to do countertop installs - DO NOT GO THROUGH HOME DEPOT for countertops. This company came and measured TWICE before coming to install our countertops so you would assume this was to ensure a perfect install. They then came to install them and 3 of the 5 pieces were cut completely wrong. At this point they basically tried to force us to install the countertops with threats like “oh well we won’t be able to come back for a few months” and “it’s not that bad, you could cover the gaps with backsplash”. The workers basically said there’s nothing they could do so call customer service. Big surprise, their customer service department is also horrible. “Joe” in customer service was rude, arrogant, and basically put all the blame on the man who had come to measure. When asked what they would be doing for the inconvenience (not having a functioning kitchen because we ripped out our counter tops and had a plumber remove our sink) he told us he wanted to make sure we were happy with our next install and then the company would do something for us for the inconvenience. The same guy came to measure for a THIRD time and then we heard nothing from Stoneworx for almost 2 weeks. No returned calls, someone would be “calling back” and never did. We went to Home Depot to try and deal with it. After speaking to about 5 store reps and 3 managers, most who basically told us they had no part in it anymore and we had to deal with Stoneworx (even though we purchased the countertops through Home Depot). We paid a plumber to hook our sink back up because clearly no one was planning on coming to put these counters in any time soon. After going to Home Depot and complaining 3 times, we finally got a manager who would do something and who ensured us we would be compensated in some way for the insane amount of work taken off and money spent on a plumber. Stoneworx then finally called to say they would be coming a week later to install. So on the FIFTH visit from Stoneworx, the counters were installed. There were still minor issues but at this point we were desperate. We then had to pay a plumber again to hook the sink up. Now of course at this point, we called Stoneworx to ask how we would be compensated as promised by Joe in customer service and they have “no record” of any offer to do so and Joe will call us back. Big surprise, no call back and no returned calls. So now, back to Home Depot who had also promised to compensate us somehow for this nightmare and it needed to be escalated to a manager. No call back as of now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS and Home Depot should be embarrassed and ashamed that they use them.
