It may be a good company but they certainly don't train their staff to be considerate and caring. They make delivery to an underconstrction home next door and block my driveway. It is not the first time it is a regular practice. Dozens of other companies make delivery every day to this particular home, but none is so inconsiderate like CIOT

I had a great experience with Ciot just recently looking for a Grigio Carnico slab for a fireplace job. I actually had an exceptional experience with Samira Shivafard. I had to visit the showroom a couple of times and she was very helpful, informative, and willing to share all the details about the slabs during each visit. The rest of Ciot's staff were all very nice and helpful as well at both Toronto locations. They are all knowledgeable and spend a lot of time on your requests/questions.

This store comes to us from referral. They do have beautiful products. But service? Depends if you think service is”smile” and being nice to client? They are good. But if you define service as “ reliability “, “ trustworthy “ , “ accountability “ and take owness to mistake? I should give them negative 3 stars. Long story short. They would delivery the requested stock short without notifying you that infact the stock that you want is out of stock. You have to find that out by calling to complain that there are missing items on their delivery. It is only until you call them ( and good luck of your sales rep only works a certain days of the week , which they have lots of them )then they found out that they don’t have the stock. Now we are talking about another 4 weeks wait time .And this happens twice in a roll. And when you talk to the sales rep. She tell this: we are doing our best. We will deliver it to you now instead of you have to pick it up. And they don’t usually do this. Just because they are trying to do it right. No apology. The thing is , both time they just drop off whatever they have and won’t tell you that some stock instead are not in stock. Nobody tell you anything but you have to find out. In a renovation project these delays and mistakes involve a lot and hinder progress of the whole project. But the worst is . They do not take responsibility. First time this happen, the sales rep,Sonia did apologize and I complement on her for that. Second time same the same mistake ?( when I order more tiles for the same project, no apology this time. She even said that it usually happens three times . So don’t hold my breath. This is an ridiculous company. Nice on the surface but really terrible underneath the smile. Should never buy from this outfit.

Good selection but make sure you order all together if you are short of tiles they may not have... wait for shipment:( good service
