Great selection of tiles but the number of them can be very overwhelming. Fortunately they have great design team members to help narrow your search and provide options. Price is reasonable but when they have a sale its fantastic! My tiles had to be ordered in but they arrived quickly and didn't slow down my work. I would recommend a trip to them if you are looking for tiles.

My go to store for tiles. Great selection of quality products and always excellent design service. Jessie went out of her way to help my find just the right tile. No need to look elsewhere!

Excellent customer service and the prices were amazing. I just renovated my basement and I’m on to renovate my rental and will definitely be back. I loved how you can order any amount of tile and they treat you like a valued customer no matter if it’s 10 square feet or 100!

I had a smooth experience with a factory Tile Depot! They have so many beautiful tile selections. It was hard to stop myself from timing my entire house. Lol. Seriously though, they made it easy for us to take some samples home and assist us with making some tough design choices. Thanks so much!

Everyone was extremely helpful with ideas and pulling tile suggestions as well as coordinating with other surfaces that were being installed. Over the period of our project I was in their store 4 times and each time the experience was the same. That’s why I purchased through them. And their prices were better than the competitors’. Bonus!
