I normally have a great experience and the showroom staff are not only nice but also very knowledgeable and inviting. This morning I went in to get some large format samples as I normally do and I was denied these samples by the lady at the front desk. She kept saying that they had moved them to another location but failed to disclose which location would i be able to find them at. She also kept saying that those samples are only for designers even though we are a design-build company. She did however provide me with a smaller format sample which was useless for the purpose of comparing them on site. Very dissapointing as all we use in all of our project is Caesarstone; perhaps other vendors will be more appreciative of our business.

You can't go wrong with Ceasarstone on kitchen or bathroom countertops! Great display of their selection. Nothing like seeing the whole slabs. Plus they give out samples. To top it all, great sales personnel!

Very disappointed with the quality of these countertops. We ordered the Blizzard White, and there are stains on it everywhere. We have a current stain that just won't come off. This is unacceptable for a company that is considered as one of the top producers of quartz.
