Terrible customer service, they don’t take returns on the wooden floors and I asked the guy before I bought he said they accept returns so I bought extra. I even emailed him that I had extra he told me to bring to the shop, I got to the shop they said they don’t do returns. The person helping me was fairly new and he shouldn’t have told me. The wood quality is good but horrible service, even to get an order I had to be helped by 3 different people everyone is always on vacation I don’t get it. Anyways buy at your own risk I will never buy here again.

Do not shop here!!!!! Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. Criminal re-stocking charges. Grumpy delivery drivers. A good portion of my order was delivered damaged; fork truck punctured oaks of engineered hardwood.

Cool party and nice set up! Perfect venue to run into colleagues and meet new people. Also the oyster bar was a very nice touch!! Had a great time.

Very nice product and very poor customer service. You should see their faces when you're asking a simple question as how much is the product. Not helpful at all and rude. Not buying any single sq ft from them.

I agree with an earlier feedback on poor service and business model. They have unique beautiful items. But, I also had to wait 45 mins to just have someone to help me; well giving me the prices. I was just there to get an idea of their items/sizes/prices. The prices are not posted next to the items. Also, many of the sizes are not in stock. That's why you really need to see a Sales Rep to get something out of your visit. On my first visit (after waiting for about 45 mins), the guy was so much rushed and all he could give me was "approximate" pricing. On my next visit, which was an early morning during the week visit, the sale rep was a lot more helpful, she at least bothered to show me some alternatives.
