Products look nice, but the prices are quite expensive. Also the return policy is pretty ridiculous compared to any other retailer. 50% restocking fee returning within 30 days 70% restocking fee between 30 to 60 days Returns after 60 days Even if the product is still sealed in original packaging

The product is lovely but I found the staff unfriendly and in helpful. She seemed more annoyed to have to deal with my order rather than happy to have a sale.
