AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Ordered tile, they stated 2 weeks for delivery. By week 3 they didn't know where the tile was. Week 4 they refused to answer my emails and calls. Week 5 was same as week 4. Week 6 is now here and they still will not answer my calls or give me any updates on where the tiles are. Ive asked twice to be refunded my money and still no response.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Emerald Tile. Margaret was so helpful in finding me the top I wanted at a great price. We ran into some issues when the top was cracked in transport and but they cut us a new piece and only pushed back install by one day! Everyone we spoke with at the company was extremely helpful. Even the installers were friendly and efficient. We LOVE our new Quartz kitchen counter top and we would buy our next stone top here without question.

If there was a worst business award I would give it to Emerald Tile.I had a counter top installed along with a kitchen sink in November of 2014. 2 years and 3 months after the installation the sink came away from the counter top and started to cave into the cupboard. When I called for a service call I was told that this was not an unusual occurrence and that I would be charged $150:00.To me this represented poor workmanship and I felt I shouldn't be charged.Recently I purchased a new slide in stove only to discover that the 30'' opening that was cut to accommodate the old stove was not 30" and my new appliance would not fit. At my expense I had a cupboard moved so that the opening would accommodate the stove. Again I contacted Emerald tile and asked if they would cut me a 30'' by 2 1/4 inch piece of granite from scrape that I am sure they have lying around and explained my situation, I needed the new piece to replace the old piece at the back of the stove that no longer fit because it was only 28''. I was told unfortunately this could not be done because the person who did the measurement was just following the previous template instead of making his own measurement and template. The associate kindly offered me the opportunity to talk to Jim the VP but of course after leaving a message my call was never returned just as I expected. My advice to consumers would be to stay away from Emerald Tile, I believe there a far better business' to choose from. This would be a good story for Market Place. Lily Ware.

We received good service at the store where the staff patiently answered questions and assisted in our selection of materials for the counter top and floor. This gave us confidence that unfortunately was not played out when it came to installation of the granite counter top. We dealt with different employees during this process and they disagreed as to how the counter should be cut and mounted. I am still not sure as to which approach was best but on selecting one we were not impressed with the work done. The granite slabs were large and heavy and so it was not surprising that there were difficulties getting them into the house and up into the kitchen. I am not surprised that along the way some drywall was damaged, but I am surprised that nothing was said about this and there was no offer to fix the damage. I supplied my own stainless steel sink which came with installation instructions. The Emerald Tile & Marble employees did not wish to follow these and insisted that their approach was best. I would have been willing to take their advice, but it was clear that the sink was not going to sit flat against the counter top and create a full seal. Eventually Emerald Tile & Marble did adjust their approach to allow me to mount the sink as instructed. The installed counter top and sink do look good, but I would expect better service from a company that wishes to set itself apart from the big box stores.
