This is one of the best Tile Stores around, great selection of tiles for reasonable prices! The customer service is amazing, Michelle is great and so personal. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and Alex does great work with his instalments. I recommend this Tile store for all you’re tile needs!!

My experience with Desert Tile exceeded my expectations. Alex did a terrific job, I finally feel at home in my kitchen. Not only was the installation a success, but the customer service was spectacular too and they had a great selection to choose from. I would recommend Desert Tile to anyone with tile needs!

Michelle Paulin at Desert Tile is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have an extensive inventory and many resources to help in the selection process. I first used Desert Tile for our bathroom reno and was so happy with the outcome I knew exactly where to go when it was time for the kitchen reno. I highly recommend Desert Tile!

I heard great things about this company and so entrusted them with my kitchen back-splash. They did a very poor job around the electrical outlets (so bad, that the cover plates could not be installed, leaving gaping holes in my wall). Desert Tile refused to fix it, and told me that my electrician (at my expense) would have to sort it out. The electrician confirmed what was clear to anyone who looked at it -- the tiles were installed poorly such that they prevented the face plates from being installed. In summary, Desert Tile took all the money and failed to stand behind their product or service.

The owner is very cheap and dishonest. She broke a clear contract agreement I had made with her. I will never deal with them again.
