Went to get a quote for a smallish island. Granite. Installed they wanted $238 per sq ft. Far too expensive. I called them to see if there was a mistake and the young woman said no, that’s the price. So for an island of about 16 sq ft. Watch out. These people are selling golden slabs!! You can do much better elsewhere.

The installation team and customer service rep were top notch. However I cannot offer a top rating as I feel I was sold a flawed piece of granite. I chose a finish for its uniformity and checked the slabs allocated to me (beware of a restricted space and dim lighting). But the finished product has a 5 x 3 cm spot which I feel has been “doctored”. I assumed this would disappear when the finish was applied in house but it did not. And the spot is situated in the most visible section of my counter. So despite positive aspects, a 3 rating is the best I can offer Granite au Sommet.

Excellent service and first rate equipment. There is no compromise on quality. I plan on working with them on future renovation projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
