Incredibly helpful...two sales people helped me through the whole process...very knowledgeable. Very patient. Very friendly. I felt at home.

- Ton of selection so prepare to feel overwhelmed. - Not appropriately staffed! I literally made eye contact with every single staff member on the floor, they looked at me and walked away. Had to intentionally chase someone down (after 20 mins of aimlessly walking around) to get assistance and was told he was trying to leave and he had to pass me to someone else. Luckily, the next person I dealt with was helpful and very friendly. - Major bonus of this store is not needing a receipt to return anything, they keep all of your transactions under your phone number. If this place was better staffed, it would definitely get a better rating from me.

This store is awsome and the customer service is over the top! You may find tile cheaper elsewhere but not near the same quality as they have at the tile shop. And I know you will not get any better service than what you get here. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tile.
