I would like to thank the tile shop for my beautiful kitchen back splash. But I’d like to give a bigger thank you to Melissa for being so patient with me and helping me pick the perfect tile for my kitchen and understanding my style. I’d have to say she went above and beyond finding me the perfect tile emblem for above my stove. She also helped me find someone to install our tile THE NEXT DAY. He finished the job in one day and did a BEAUTIFUL job! Thank you thank you so much Melissa at the 23 mile road Tile shop.

Good customer service. And good selection. The salesman Mr. Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall 5 star.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. They gave us tips on doing the tiling ourselves and had all the materials we needed to complete the job. This location also had tons of little tired "rooms" set up so you could really get an idea of what it would look like once tiled if it is hard for you to picture it yourself. They let us take home tile samples for free to see what looked best, we just had a really good experience.

Great Selection of tile but extremely poor manager and customer service. Save yourself some frustration, find the tile you like and go next door.

Customer service, honesty and prices are redicolus. I purchased over $3500 in tiles and got nothing but bad service from them. My order was promised for Tuesday, its already Friday and my order is still not ready. I keep getting the run around and my last phone call lasted 29 min on hold. Run and find your self a place that will appreciate you and your money.
