I had heard good things about this place from friends, so I was disappointed when I didn't hear back from them. I went there and and picked out cabinet style and top for my bathroom vanity, and was told I could expect a call on Weds. No call. I called back Sat, left message, and still have not heard anything. Looking elsewhere now.

Countertops direct provided us with excellent knowledge related to our stone that we purchased and helped us decide which product was best for our lifestyle. The consultants in the store especially Maria at the Harrison twp location was excellent, she was patient and thorough. When we got our countertop installed the 2 gentleman were fast, efficient, and friendly. We will be recommending countertops direct to anyone in need of a kitchen re-model

From driving around to multiple facilities/stores looking, price comparing and getting a general feel for the people/sales staff, my wife and I found exactly what we were looking for here at Countertops Direct. A friendly sales staff, a nice and organized showroom and a shop full of different slab selections, a very professional and tidy installation crew and then to wrap it all wrap with a quick turnaround time for installation made it all worth it! Thank you Crystal for all your help and design insight!

We just got out granite countertops this week and they are beautiful! We really took the time to check out different granite companies, read reviews, went to places in person and had quotes done. We took an hour drive to Countertops Direct after my husband had visited the store and talked with Kelly. Kelly was very helpful and friendly while we looked around, picked out colors and sinks and edges. We felt totally comfortable and not rushed when we were there. The next week someone from there came out to measure and 5 days later we had our countertops! The installers were friendly, fast, very courteous and very tidy and made sure they cleaned up before they left and didn't leave a mess. The countertops are exactly what we wanted, thank you Countertops Direct for awesome service!

Great customer service! Rich the service manager knows how to treat and interact with customers on a level that should be commended. I voiced a complaint and he remedied the issue the same day he heard of my complaint. He put my wife and I at the top of his priority list. Kitchen countertop install looks great. I really can't thank him enough!
