Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful! I would have my whole house done by these guys if most of it wasn't' already done by the previous owners. The pricing is great, the selection is FAR superior than any other flooring store I've been in. The showroom is immaculate, Darrell and Matt did an amazing job at convincing me to purchase from them. My wife and I had a great visit and will (hopefully) be purchasing from them soon. Don't listen to the negative comments on here. They're a fun lively couple of guys and are on top of their flooring game.

I was excited to get my hardwood floors installed in a 2368 sqf so you can imagine how much I had to spend! Worked was scheduled and was on time flow was as promised which I was pleased with. Once the work was completed it was not representing the company as it was described. there was a lot of flows in work craftsmanship was extremely horrible. It was immediately addressed to the installers. As you can see in the attached photos. floors were scratched, uneven and baseboards were damaged, and work was not clean, you can see huge gabs and when this was addressed I was told because of my baseboards section! that they could not get it tight to the floors and they suggested shoe molding for additional cost! One of the bedrooms floors is terrible caved in and it looks like its completely damaged. I have been calling the Taylor store for 2 weeks to get them to come back and fix it and my calls and emails have not been taking into consideration. they keep saying the installers will get in touch with you and nothing.
