Wonderful and genuinely funny staff. There was a gentleman there that was an absolute riot and his recommendations were on point. There's also a wonderful lady who helped us narrow down our choices. Highly recommended. Attached is a photo of the renovated bathroom using the tiles recommended by the crew there.

I recently bought tile for two bathrooms and I found the staff knowledgeable and professional. They gave me good advice. The showroom has so much choice. Derek and Adam both served me and were great! My products came in exactly as they said, within a week. Great job! Karen Weber

Got the most beautiful tapestry type of tiles from here! They spent time discussing floor tiles options with us resulting in an awesome floor/wall colour combination. Very happy with the superior service and products. Tilemaster also supplied me with a German grout that doesn't collect dirt in time.

Bought the tiles from Tilemaster in Kitchener. We got our tiles promptly and intact, no broken pieces. Sales associates in the store are very professional and attentive. We dealt with Claudiu and we want to thank him for the excellent service he provided to us. We used Dubai series tiles to renovate our master bathroom: Dubai Ice (polished, 30cm x 90cm) for walls and Dubai Graphite (Lux finish, 60cm x 60cm) for the floor. We were thinking to go with porcelain tiles that look like Calacata marble, so happy that we decided on Dubai. These tiles are absolutely fantastic! The big size makes the room feel more spacious. The lux finish of the floor tile is not slippery and it feels great to walk on. The color of Dubai Ice looks very classy, not too grey and not too white, something that feels will not get tired of over the years. Both tiles(ice and graphite) have marble pattern with all the depth and the subdued, natural elegance of the marble but not overpowering.
