I went into Granstone with my dad for a recent renovation at his home, and he picked out a beautiful white and grey counter top. It’s high quality granite for a fair price and I ended up also buying their protective detergent for tops which you can’t buy anywhere else.

Derek and his team are the best in the city. I've had several interactions with Granstone in recent months and each one confirms my commitment to this wonderful company. Why? Because of their commitment to me. This is a top-notch company and you can rest assured that your results will also be top-notch. Mistakes can happen but this team will make it right... and that says everything. I will be a repeat customer.

Granstone provided excellent service from beginning to end. From Gina's design advice to owner Solo's suggestions when he measured our counters to the efficient installation team, we were happy with every step of the process. As my first contact, Gina set a tone of professionalism and competence that was carried on by everyone through our project.

I would like to echo the positive reviews. These folks are absolute pros and their customer service is top notch. I purchased my counter top solution at Granstone about 2 years ago and it is holding up beautifully, no regrets at all. The finishing work they performed on my waterfall edge was very well done. Recently reached back out to them for a small piece for a bathroom and was met with the same level of professionalism. Love this place.

I chose Granstone after reading the positive reviews and my experience did not disappoint. I walked in with no appointment and one of the design consultants, Jennifer Curry was there to greet me and was extremely helpful. Working with her was easy and her suggestions for a quartz countertop and backsplash were exactly what I was looking for. Once it was time to have everything scheduled for installation, I was working with Emily. She was also very helpful and was always in contact with me whenever changes were made. I am extremely happy with my new countertop and backsplash and would not hesitate to go with Granstone again.
