My husband and I were very impressed by their wonderful service every time we visited the store. Their staff really went out of their way to try to solve our problems. We went to exchange earlier bought tiles yesterday thinking we could pick up new ones from the store (we did with the old ones). But unfortunately the tiles we picked (thanks to Mary Beth's great recommendation!), they were not available at the location and needed to be delivered. As we needed them urgently for our contractor today, Tanja, the Marketing Coordinator, was extremely helpful, offering a special arrangement for us to pick up the tiles from their head office today. We were so grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Tilemaster to all our friends!! Their tile selections are great too , better than the usual stores with an O or C. The best is you can purchase single pieces as well.
