I have used Factory Tile Depot in Milton for two of our renovation projects. Our laundry room and master bath. The selection is great, as well as the customer service. Chelsea helped me find a beautiful porcelain tile that looks exactly like a high-end marble, for a third of the price. Any time I had to re-order extra tiles, they did everything they could to contact the suppliers to ensure we received the tiles as quickly as possible. I had a great experience working with the team and would highly recommend.

What started out as a unpleasant shopping experience changed for the better when Mike from operations stepped in and made a logistical issue work out for my kitchen backsplash project. He went over and above to ensure I got the tiles I wanted to finish my incomplete project.. I'm very thankful and would return to shop here..I also would like to add that they have the most exquisite extensive collection of tiles .. I hope that they expand their stores to having more inventory on hand but for now management is doing a lot to focus on good customer service.

We decided to shop at Milton Tile Depot because when first starting to look around we popped in & the staff was friendly, very helpful, location was close for us. We did go looking at other tile places but weren’t happy with the lack of tile selection & unhelpful staff. This was our first renovation and we are super happy we chose Milton Tile Depot the level of customer service is incomparable, the designers Lea & Chelsea were always able to help us in our decision process with knowledge of product & current designs and made sure to call us when product arrived. Thank you so much ladies will definitely be back for future renovations .

Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately an error was made in our order so when we picked the tiles up the next week we didn’t notice until arriving home (out of town) that they were wrong tiles. With a quick phone call though, the proper tiles were ordered and staff handled situation professionally. Tiles are now installed and look great.

We described what we wanted to the salesperson and she led us immediately to the exact type. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We made our choice, paid and picked up our tiles within a half hour! Efficient, helpful and recommended.
