Eden Tile-It provided superior service. I had ordered Italian tiles for my bathroom renovations 4 weeks before I needed them. The supplier, Ciot, kept postponing the delivery of the tiles to the point that they were supposed to deliver on Friday, and the contractor was starting tiling on the following Monday. The week before the last planned delivery, Ciot had confirmed that the tiles had arrived in Montreal from Italy. Late Wednesday, Ciot informed the store that they would not deliver the tiles. On the Thursday morning, Ross spent a lot of time helping me select new and very nice Italian tiles. My selection involved 3 suppliers, one for the wall tiles, one for the floor tiles and one for the shower mosaic. The team at Eden Tile-It pulled all the stops to make sure that everything was delivered the next day so that I could pick-up the tiles on Saturday. They really saved my day. The contractor could start tiling as scheduled on the next Monday. Kudos to Ross and all the team that supported him.

Went here because it had a good reputation from people I had spoken to in my area and it was also a location that my contractor liked to deal with. My wife and I received excellent advice and service from Sean and would not hesitate to recommend him and Eden Tile-It to anyone looking for great selection and consulting on projects.

I had such an amazing experience with Edens Tile-it! Staff and service was top notch! Just loved their showroom! We purchased the “beach house flooring”, which was such a great quality of flooring all around! Looks incredible in our cottage. I want to do all my floors now! Highly recommend this store!!!!! Thanks for all your wonderful expertise! Will definitely return.

These guys are great! Prices are a bit higher than the box stores, obviously, but you get way better selection and generally higher quality. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but Shaun was particularly helpful in designing our bathroom with us. Highly recommended!

As a general contractor I go to eden tile on a regular basis. There service is excellent if I ever have an issue with something they do whatever they can to help me out. The staff remembers my name and always helps me customers when they go into the store. On average the prices are slightly higher then their peer competitors but you get what you pay for. They are my main supplier for tiles and mortar in the area.
