Good marble tile selection. The prices are really high here unfortunately.

Got some really nice tile here for a backsplash at a competitive price. They helped me choose a style and colour with some really good advice.

Ceramic Tile Factory Outlet is a place I love to go too. Yes it is a small store but they have a HUGE selection of tiles. The tiles are cheaper, more durable and nicer then any other tile shop out there. I've used tiles from here that my clients love. The owners are very friendly and are always very welcoming whenever I came by to the store.

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation and were growing increasingly frustrated because we couldn't find any tiles that we liked and matched our cabinets. I found CFO completely by accident and loved that they were right around the corner from us. I was blown away by Irmengard's incredible design eye: as soon as she saw our cabinets and countertop she pulled an amazing selection of tiles.. one more beautiful than the other! They were so patient with letting us take samples util we finally made a decision and purchased our flooring here. Eugen was incredible and helped us set up delivery options for us. The weekend before the installation, we happen to notice that one of the tiles had some mechanical marks and discolouration that did not match the rest of the floor. Fearing the worst, we went through every box of our tiles, and out of 10 boxes I found 2 to be completely unacceptable, 2 were not ideal but figured they can end up under the cabinets and the remaining 6 were stunning, just like the sample we had looked at. I tried to get only the 2 that were unacceptable exchanged and Eugene started off by accusing me of having tried to return some already, which I had not. I also had no intention of returning for a refund, since the "good" boxes were really beautiful. I was informed that this was all part of the "organic" of the tile, even when I argued that there was nothing "organic" about machine marks on a tile. I was given the same sales pitch that seemed so much more convincing before: that these were high quality grade 1 tiles, well calibrated, rectified, etc. etc and that it was all part of the "look". I left feeling completely dissatisfied and was disappointed at how quickly Eugen became rude and accusatory. Today was tiling day. Our installer, who is absolutely incredible, stayed behind so he could tell me in person that he tried his best with our floor. He said these tiles are among the worst he has worked with: the corners aren't square, some of the edges are bowed and they are extremely fragile. These are all things that are not noticeable when looking at the tiles, but when they're installed across a whole floor, the imperfections are evident. I don't know whether Eugen is misinformed about his products, or the supplier does a great job convincing dealers they are selling quality tiles. All I know is the product we received is far lower quality than the "sales pitch", despite paying full price for it. We were so excited to have found a place with such incredible selection and were planning on shopping there when renovating our three bathrooms; after this experience, I have learned there is no customer support once the purchase is complete and you do not get what you pay for at CFO.

Extremely friendly, knowledgable and personable staff! Wouldn't shop for tiles anywhere else! Best pricing and selection!
