Best experience ever. From conception, design, quality of products and selections to the professionalism of their team of craftsmen to the finished project it was just a pleasure and great experience. This was a powder room “flip” project. Demo the old, concrete floor and had to rebuild flooring, plumbing and damaged wall areas. Bye bye 1949 bathroom, heavy industrial tiles, ugly banjo vanity and rusted old medicine cabinet. Hello contemporary modern. Workers were very neat, respectful of our time and always pleasant. Hank explained options when there were different ways to tackle a problem. Great team. Plumbing work was exceptional, neat and has the mark of pride in the quality. We have recommended McKenna Kitchen & Bath now to our friends and discovered many other satisfied customers. See Dan at the Whitney Rd store or any of the great design people in Henrietta. Next project full bath “flip”. Can’t wait. Happy New Year. Bob and Lisa

The service here is excellent. Dan was very helpful and patient with us. Frank is a master craftsman and our new vanity looks amazing. We definitely plan to return soon for a new shower and someday a kitchen.

Very Poor experience. Purchased 2 bathroom faucets and then decided to change countertops so wanted different style faucet. To exchange would need to pay 25% restocking fee . I will not never shop at this store again- so many other options in town with much better customer service.
