Extremely rude and unprofessional. No one greeted us or would even look in our direction. They however did smile and greet Caucasian families that came at us & was happy to assist them. Would never returned they are very clearly rasist.

Well, I wasn't even coming in as a customer but just looking for help finding a tile and grout person. The owner was helpful, and gave me a few resources. That's customer service, and I am not even a customer. Yet! :)
