Nice showroom, helpful employees, dishonest pricing. I discussed getting a granite counter here for two visits over an hour each time. When I gave the approximate size, I was told a price, and was told that if my the guess was slightly off it would not be more expensive because, and I quote "we don't charge for granite by the square foot, as long as it fits in one slab you'll get the same price" Shortly after, I called in with the exact measurements and the price I was told was $650 over the first price I was told. When I asked why, I was told "because it's more square footage than you originally estimated". I replied by saying that I was assured, repeatedly, that as long as it fit in one slab the price would be the same. I said "does it still fit in one slab?" he said yes, I asked why it's more expensive now and was given a runaround. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got a FLAWLESS black galaxy coubter for $700 less Than these guys.

In past few years, I have remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms, and added Altar for religious performances in my house. When I started my first project, I went to Ideal Tile of Edison and since then I keep going to them for all my projects. They provide "Ideal" products and selection, "Ideal" service, and most importantly "Ideal" customer satisfaction. It is a family owned business and you do feel welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Both Marco and Vincent are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They can quickly figure out your taste and guide you through making the right decision for you. Amazing thing is, both brothers communicate so well that regardless of whom you work with, they both know the details of your project. I would highly recommend you to visit their showroom. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING OTHER PLACES, THEY ARE THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS. I really want to thank Marco for helping me and making my all projects so easy and they came out so beautiful!!!! THEY GET 5+ STAR!!!! VISIT IDEAL TILE OF EDISON!!!!

I had a small, dingy, outdated bathroom, one that admittedly, I was ashamed to show to anyone. I wish that I took a before and after photo because it is hard to imagine that this is the same bathroom! The walls and ceilings were uneven and crooked. There was seemingly not enough room to do anything, let alone a large stand-in shower. All of this changed thanks to Marco and his team from Ideal Tile. After picking out a tile pattern that I liked, Marco designed a bathroom that brought out the tile pattern with glass and marble accents, a very fine vanity and marble top, and a beautiful matching sink, while keeping to my wish for a streamlined, simple design. As for the work in the home, Ideal Tile's installation team is A+. Experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and very accommodating. If you are looking for fine Italian design, a family run business that cares about its customers, and a bathroom that will make you sing every time you shower, Ideal Tile is your place!

Ideal Tile did an amazing job on my bathroom. I worked with Marco, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns on the tile selection for my bathroom. His recommendations were spot on, and the team of installers were very detailed. The results are that I have a beautiful bathroom. I highly recommend Ideal Tile.
