Great selection. Great staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I've bought tile here twice and had a reasonably bad experience twice. Either bad service in the showroom or messed up orders.

We have had two jobs done by Star Tile Carpet One and were completely satisfied with the assistance and the final job. The first was a complete remodeling of our bathroom, new floor and huge walk in shower, with all the best accessories. The second was this summer, a new back splash for our kitchen, which we received much help in picking out tile and it was completed in a timely fashion. We are very fortunate to have such expert assistance in a small area like Pelham

Purchased hardwood and tile about 18 months ago. Unfortunately it was about six months before I got around to installing the tile, only to find that they had not calculated the correct amount of tile required, for both the floor and walls. When I went to get more tile found they were out of stock, and was basically told, not much we can do about it as you do not have the original drawing you gave us; in other words it was your error. As I have an engineering and drafting background I know this was not the case. Regardless they said nothing we can do, so had to purchase new tile and there was not way they would give me credit on the old tile. They did offer the same discount I had received when I made the original purchase. Considering I spent over $8,000.00 on tile and hardwood was somewhat put out. On the plus side they did store part of the wood flooring for me for over 18 months. Though I found the staff to be polite, barely; they are not inviting and unlike other stores din't make you want to come back. Shop somewhere else if you want really good service
