It's now June, weeks have passed with 0 response from the owner. I have called 3 times this week & was told I should call the owner on Tues. I responded with I have been weeks waiting & "I" have to call again, no, the owner should take time to call me, I've been more than patient!! Our experience has been brutal! Very long process & very long story. We have $1700 worth of glass shower doors in our bathroom & are unable to use the shower. Doors are a poor fit, water leaks out, (too high for my liking) but according to them they are right. This is after the first install & they changed out one side. I have called, gone in with pictures of what I would like done, called some more, with 0 response!! I'm wondering what has happened to I'm the customer, paying their wage & I would like this resolved, re-done to my liking. I believe my next move may be The Better Business Bureau. Do not go to SWGG, nothing but a frustrating, unsatisfactory experience, where being the "customer" means nothing!

Very pleased with final product, but getting there was a bit interesting. To my surprise, the installers had nothing with them to protect our hardwood floors from the rock salt on their boots and the wheels of their granite cart, so I had to rush to cover them with my own drop sheets before they brought in the second piece. The installers also forgot the small bridge piece for behind our slide in range, which is no big deal, but when the office called to schedule a return visit to install this last piece, they said I had to pay all but $200 of the balance before they’d come install the piece that they forgot the first time. Again, not a huge deal, but it meant another trip across town after work and seemed very unprofessional. Other than those issues, the countertop looks great, fit perfectly and only took about 2 months from purchase to install, which I am satisfied with since Christmas landed right in the middle of that time frame.

Awesome, professional, helpful service from beginning (Sarnia store) to (Chatham viewing) to templating to installation. We are very pleased with our kitchen countertops . We would definitely recommend S.W.G.G.

Used them twice now for our Cottage both times very satisfied with the product and the installation. We're actually using them for a new-build now. Nothing but great service and products.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. After explaining specifically what I was looking for and even showing an example of a stone that they had in for a different customer I turned down 3 slabs that were brought in for me because they were all wrong. I became desperate to find a stone because this process mentioned above had already taken up 3 weeks. I was forced to take a 1 hour drive both ways to the supplier who had exactly what I was looking for. I ordered that stone in which took another two weeks (the delivery guy was on vacation, which I guess shuts down the whole company). Finally I had an install date which was set for further thing in the morning. I got a call the day before saying that they had to reschedule till the afternoon because a builder that they work with had to be first ( obviously more important than me) so the guys show up at 330 in the afternoon and are obviously rushing through the install wanting to get home by 5 I'm sure. They cracked the stone on the installation of the sink and then say that it's my fault because the one corner of the cabinet was high(which its not) the take the broken stone out dropping a piece on my brand new hardwood floors don't even acknowledge it to me, grabbed their tools and left my house a complete mess(sawdust from cutting the cabinet for the sink granite pieces and mud from their boots). I am currently still without countertops and waiting for a resolution. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of unprofessionalism. *countertops are now done and looking fantastic, one of the owners dealt with me and my dissatisfaction in a very professional manor. The second install went much better and was cleaned up when finished pretty well.
