Jill has been exceptional. I’m planning on remodeling 2 bathrooms and she has worked tirelessly with me to choose everything! Could never have done this without her expertise. And she is very approachable. I highly recommend Jill at Prosource in Beachwood.

Read the reviews and do NOT use this place. Unfortunately, my wife and I missed these reviews and used ProSource for a bathroom remodel. Bad move. They are simple terrible. 1) forgot or just didn't order the items after we put down the deposit. 2) Told us it would arrive in four weeks, it took eight weeks. 3) Wrong color special order hardware arrived because ProSource filled out the paperwork wrong. 4) We purchased during a $500 rebate promo week and we didn't receive the pro-mo. I had to ask and ask and ask and then finally threaten legal action until we received the advertised rebate. Many many more problems. I don't understand how they stay in business.

I'm a longtime design pro. You will receive royal treatment from the legendary Bill Walters if you have an appointment. This is not a retail consumer showroom. This is a trade-only showroom and you will need a referral from a contractor, architect or Interior designer. You will be purchasing at wholesale prices and receive fabulous knowledge, service and the best product options anywhere!!
