Good product selection and prices. Excellent and very helpful staff. Stayed open past closing time to accommodate a last min additional order to keep my project going.

Very poor services. After tiles Ordered and paid., I been waiting 2 hours to pickup. And later been told that tiles I ordered is out of inventory. That is not a joke. Unless you want to waste your time and do nothing, Never ever come to buy from here again.

Huge selection of tile! Could not believe how many options there are. Prices are also super reasonable. Staff was really helpful.

Went today to browse for some new tiles and backsplash spent a decent amount of time walking around it is a well-organized place very large. Unfortunately there wasn't any customer service to speak of. My wife and I really only saw about maybe a half dozen other people it was pretty empty the only tile place we have been to where absolutely nobody either offered to help us or ask us if we knew what we were looking for at least. Spent 30 minutes walking around no employees on the floor to ask anything to. 🤷 Very good selection but nothing special a lot of "safe" patterns compared to a lot of the really design heavy or funky stuff we found at other places. It's okay. Because of the selection definitely check it out if you are looking for tiles but make sure you have time to walk around.

The show room is very nice, but the customer service is horrible. The lady that placed my order at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Made an error on my order, denied her mistake, refused to fix it, and told me to go to the back office to have it resolved. I had to deal with 4 separate departments before finally getting my tiles and spent at least an hour through this whole ordeal. Word of advice, check every single tile before you leave or buy extra and return what’s damaged. The 12 tiles sheets I ordered, one from each box were either chipped or had poor spacing. The quality control is non existent. I was expecting quality above what’s available in the large hardware stores, but was very disappointed.
