My experience with the Granite House was most excellent. My kitchen and two bathroom counter tops are beautiful. The managers were always helpful and answered any questions that I had. The installers were professional, polite, great to work with and cleaned up afterwards, very good installation team. The sales person I worked with for this project was amazing. She was very good at putting this project together, she was very nice and explained the entire process. I would definitely recommend the Granite House for any and all counter top projects and I actually already have. Best wishes to the entire Granite House team.

They staff was professional and friendly from the moment I stepped into the storefront to installing the final product. They showed me many different slabs and explained the difference in price, and helped me make a decision based on my preferences and price point. They also beat two other competitors by a substantial sum with the same exact granite I ended up choosing. The installers worked efficiently and did an amazing job placing the pieces together and completing the job. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Everyone at Granite House was very professional and helpful in selecting our granite for our kitchen. From the time my husband and I went in to the final measurements. We had two installers they were professional and explained everything they were doing. My kitchen looks great. Would highly recommend and their prices were great compared to other granite suppliers.

I went to Granite House today to purchase granite countertops for one of the kitchens I am rehabbing. I arrived at approximately 5:40pm and the store closes at 6pm. Seconds later, a woman came out to assist me (so I thought). I advised her that I wanted granite countertops and I asked about one of their products. She gave me the info and asked if I had my measurements. I handed her a diagram of the kitchen. She took a very brief look at it then advised me to email her a copy of the diagram and come back another day because they were leaving in 15 minutes. Honestly!! That actually happened!! She essentially dismissed me and told me to burn more of my gas and my time coming back to get what I was already present for. I can pretty much guarantee you that it will not happen. Furthermore, I am an investor and I own many properties. Therefore, not only did she just lose a potential $4000 sale, but she lost approximately $40,000 in sales for the rest of 2018 for the other properties I will rehab.
