Jerry was absolutely amazing to work with. This stuff overwhelms me but he made it perfect. Amazing customer service.

Nice selection is the only reason I give 1 star. I visited this store after a long day spent working on my bathroom remodel. I didn’t feel like getting dressed up to pick out tile for my bathtub surround so I went as I was. I’m suspecting that’s why not 1 employee said hi to me. Nobody acknowledged me. I was in the store for quite a while. At one point an employee walked towards me & I thought “Great!” But no. She was just rushing past me & never said anything. I noticed a couple employees standing at the counter. The store was not too busy for someone to acknowledge me. Perhaps I wasn’t dressed up enough for them to think I could afford their store. I’m in no hurry to visit this store again.

Beautiful tile and great selection! Customer service is lacking once you do purchase your tile at this location and normally I’m not one to complain because everyone has a bad day and I get it. When I went to purchase my tile, I looked around and found exactly what I wanted while these girls/lady’s were all just standing around and didn’t offer to help. I picked my sales associate out because she was the only one really helping other poeple. Do not buy your grout here, you can get the same grade quality grout anywhere for about a 1/4th of the price, I cancelled mine when I went to pick up. I bought mine from Home Depot and saved $100. I called to check something on my order and I was put on hold for literally ten minuets before I hung up and called back.... when the manager answered I did let him know that and he apologized. When I went to pick my tile up On a Friday evening (around 5:30 PM) there were only two employees in the store so I had to wait about 45 minuets just to get my tile. I felt bad for the two employees because they had no warehouse help to load my order. When I purchased my tile, I had concerns about ordering too much and I was told that I can return whatever I don’t use. When I went to return the tile today, I was told I couldn’t return a partial box of one type of tile but the other they could take back a partial. I am not sure why I had so much left over when I only ordered 10% over my exact measurements that I provided them with, so be careful of that and make sure you specifically ask what can be returned.

We recently wrapped up a job using tiles from Tile Shop and I had a wonderful experience with them. Tom was our salesperson and he was extremely patience with me and also put me in touch with THE BEST installer - Andre w Cutting Edge. They have a great return policy too. I can't wait to do more projects with them.
